Full-Time Residential Sales Consultant
As a sales representative, you will need to have strong communication skills as well as an ability and desire to create a new customer base. This position is perfect for those who have the determination to be out in the field finding new business, while also fostering and maintaining customer relationships.
We are looking for a sales representative to join our team who has at least 1 year of sales experience with a solid track record of successful sales results.

Responsibilities

Locating new sales opportunities.

Establishing good rapport with customer base.

Continual and supportive communication with customers and staff members.

Provide quality project management services.

Follow OSHA safety procedures.

Requirements

A self-starter who is results-driven, competitive, and professional.

At least 1 year of sales experience with solid track record of successful sales results.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to develop client relationships with a wide variety of people.

Comfortable working at heights on residential roofs (e.g. 1 to 3 story homes).

Ability to physically lift heavy material and equipment (e.g. shingles and ladders).

Vehicle able to transport a ladder and other roofing equipment.

Basic computer skills.

A valid driver’s license.

Salary
-
Commission begins at 10% of total sales and increases based on experience level; no commission cap.

Monthly sales bonus structure.
